We hope you feel pure delight using Botanical Skin Care. If a purchase misses the mark, we are here to support you through the return process.

Returns Qualifications

Requests must be filed 30 days from delivery. All items must stay in original, sealed wrapping. For health safety, we cannot accept any opened products.

Shipping Back

Contact botanicalskincarecollection@yahoo.com with your package info and we will kindly provide you an address to return your package. All return shipping is paid by the customer.

Reimbursement Period

After inspecting your returned goods, we will email you regarding the status of your credit. Verified returns are reimbursed to your initial payment card. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Sale Items & Exceptions

Please note that items purchased during seasonal sales or with a discount code greater than 20% are final sale and ineligible for return. Additionally, gift cards and digital products cannot be refunded. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
